Dear Peter, We will remember the lovely nights in your house in july, and specially the diners, (you are really a very good cook!), the fantastic views from your terrace and the nice towns and villages in the surroundings. After that, we have visited the majella and gran sasso mountains, and returning by visiting mantova and the region in France above Basel. (With the wonderful Le Corbusier chapel in Ronchamp). So that you have some entries in English..... Bonnie and I had a wonderful time at your B+B. Not only were the accommodations first-rate, but the breakfasts were outstanding. AND, the dinners: wow! The meals you prepared for us and the other two guests, were the best we had on our whole trip to Italy. The fresh local ingredients were combined with your extensive knowledge of several Euro-cuisines (Greek, French, Swiss, etc) to produce dishes that were obviously Italian....but so much more. I can still taste the beef ragout (it had an Italian name) on "strangled priest" pasta. Yummmm. And the desserts, too. And the wine. Everything was great! We came for the location (wanted to explore the Marche for the first time) but would come again just for the food. [I wish you weren't so far from California.] Your house overlooking a peaceful valley is so restful, the only thing I would change is a bigger sign at the base of the narrow road leading up to it from the main highway in Caprazzino Strada. We enjoyed our visits to San Leo and Pennabilli and Urbania, places we never would have known about without your advice to go there. Thanks for a wonderful time! Jim and Bonnie
